Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If this happens, we respectfully ask for at least 5 hours notice.

If less than 5 hours notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Our cancellation fee is $50.

Patients with Care Plans (EPC)

If you have a Care Plan (EPC), you are required to pay the full consultation fee at the end of your treatment.

We are able to process the Medicare Rebate for you at the time of payment. The Medicare Rebate will be deposited back into your account, usually by the next day.

If your details are not up to date with Medicare, you may not receive your rebate when we submit your claim. If this is the case, we can provide you with a record of submission so that you can contact Medicare and pursue your rebate.

We are NOT allowed to “Bulk Bill” the fee and charge you the gap payment. This is a Medicare requirement and is considered Medicare fraud.

Workcover and TAC Patients

If you have a Workcover or TAC claim, we may be able to process the claim on your behalf. To process the claim, we require your Claim Number and your Case Manager’s email address.

If there is a gap payment, it must be paid on the day of the appointment.

If your employer is covering the treatment fees, you are required to pay on the day and we will issue a receipt.

If Workcover or TAC reject the claim, you will be responsible for the treatment fees.
